By creating an account or using INK, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and INK AI Tattoo Generator. We may update them, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use INK. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the service only with a parent or legal guardian.

By using INK, you represent that:

• You meet the age requirement or have guardian consent
• You can enter into a binding agreement
• Your use complies with applicable law
• The information you provide is accurate

Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide current and complete registration details
• Keep account details up to date
• Protect your password and account access
• Notify us of unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for activity under your account

Account Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

INK provides tattoo concepting tools that include:

AI outputs are concepts and may require adjustment by a professional tattoo artist.

Free and Paid Plans

Billing

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• Your payment method is charged at each renewal
• Pricing may change with notice
• You are responsible for applicable taxes
• Failed payments can result in suspension

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. For refunds within the guarantee period, contact ink@rocketdigital.ai.

Your Content

You own the text prompts and concepts you submit. By using INK, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

• Process prompts to generate designs
• Store designs in your account
• Use de-identified, aggregated data to improve our systems
• Display designs within your account

You can delete designs at any time. You represent that your prompts do not violate third-party rights.

Generated Designs

Designs generated from your prompts are provided under a personal, non-exclusive license. Pro subscribers receive a commercial license to use designs for:

• Personal tattoo planning
• Sharing with tattoo artists
• Social media sharing
• Portfolios and inspiration boards

Free plan users receive designs for personal, non-commercial use only.

Our Intellectual Property

All content, software, models, and branding for INK are owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INK AI TATTOO GENERATOR AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Damages from use or inability to use the service
• Costs of substitute services
• Decisions based on AI-generated designs

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That results will be accurate or reliable
• That defects will be corrected

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INK AI Tattoo Generator and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners from claims arising out of:

• Your use or misuse of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of third-party rights
• Content you submit
• Your breach of representations in these terms

Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, contact us at ink@rocketdigital.ai and attempt to resolve the issue informally.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims eligible for small claims court.

Class Action Waiver

Claims must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action.

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any proceedings must be brought in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also limit access to features without liability.

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent required, and the rest of the terms will remain in effect.

These terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and INK regarding the service and replace prior agreements.
